Stage 6. Installation of FF&E

This is when all the FF&E is installed into your house – this usually takes between two and three days. It’s when we bring in the sofas, chairs, beds, rugs and put up curtains, pictures and anything else that we have specified on your behalf.

Stage 7. Snagging

Once the building works are complete and the FF&E is in place, we meticulously go through the house, creating a list of anything small that needs attention from the builder. This may be a mark on a newly painted wall or an electrical socket that isn’t straight. If it’s not right, we’ll find it and make sure it is rectified.
