This is an entirely transparent design service.
We do not charge a fee and instead offer a straight split of the trade discount offered by a huge network of trusted suppliers that we have built up over the last 20 years.
The Process
The process is very simple; If you would like to enquire how much you can save on a product, simply email orders@redesignlondon.com and include the following information shown below:
1. Your name and how you came to hear about us.
2. The product name together with an image of the product.
3. The product code and a link to the exact product.
4. The specification (i.e. colour way or fabric type).
5. The quantity of products you require.
6. The delivery address including postcode.
Please specify whether this is a building site or an occupied residential address.
7. The mobile number and name of the person who will
receive the order, as a reference for the courier.
8. Your time frame for this order.
Someone will get back to you within 2 days, during working hours. Once you are happy with the quotation and have thoroughly checked the product details, please transfer funds and email your confirmation to orders@redesignlondon.com.
Order Guideline
The minimum order is £250.
Large orders (over £20k) will achieve an additional discount that can be negotiated separately.
Terms
If you would like to go ahead with an order 100% payment is required with order. On receipt of the product you need to check it and let us know of any faults WITHIN 48 hours of delivery.
